Glass Toner

mz Toner Technologies also produces ceramic toners specifically manufactured to fire onto a glass substrate. Glass generally fires a few hundred degrees lower than ceramic items because the ceramic temperature is too hot for the glass – it would start to melt. The pigments used in our glass toner have been selected to properly bond to the substrate and fuse in the lower temperature range rendering the natural brillliance of the colour.

At the same time, the consumers´requirements were our focus in creating a durable and reliable product. The need for vivid and permanent colours led us to improve the performance of our glass toner with a white background technology for non silicon oil based printers. This technique enables you to decorate not only on glass but, for the first time, on soft glaze coloured objects.

The ceramic and glass toners of mz Toner Technologies can be used to reproduce detailed and permanently applied images to an almost limitless range of ceramic and glass products.
