The team of the in-house laboratory and R&D department at mz Toner Technologies is made of professionals who, because of different expertise, are able to make their contribution during all production stages of our ceramic toner. Their skills are essential for the optimization and continuous innovation of our product. They are chemists, mechanical engineers, physicists and technicians who work closely in order to reach high quality results.

Each processing step is closely monitored to get only a highly reliable product able to satisfy the most demanding standards.

Firing Kilns

In our kiln room all our products are tested in order to constantly assess their performance and provide our customers with the highest quality. Every step of the process is monitored and carried out according to the most rigorous safety standards.

As our set of ceramic toners have different characteristics and chemical properties, we are equipped with kilns able to reach various temperatures and guarantee steady performances.

Mechanical Engineering

Thanks to our long experience and technical skills, we are able to design and build machines having different features that can also print more than 4 colours . This additional in-house competence puts mz Toner Technologies in the position of being more flexible and competitive for future challenges.
