For special-purpose machine construction, automation, and robotics, we work closely with our sister company Modiqua. All of our digital printing systems are manufactured in Germany and France – with a clear focus: efficiency and durability for the decoration technologies of tomorrow.

Special process for decorating 3D objects
With innovative special transfer methods developed by MZ Toner Technologies, we are opening up new possibilities for ceramic decoration of complex, three-dimensional objects. Whether it’s large-format sanitary ceramics or specialty glass used in façade construction – our technology brings design to places where limitations once existed.
Our oversized ceramic decals are produced using specially adapted systems – such as the XT. This high-performance machine processes transfer sheets up to 90 cm wide in roll format – ensuring precise, seamless designs – ideal for curved, concave, and complex geometries.
For sanitary ceramics such as sinks, bathtubs, and shower trays, a standardized transfer process has been established that integrates efficiently into industrial manufacturing. The decorations meet the highest standards of abrasion resistance and chemical durability.

The induction technology developed by MZ Toner Technologies takes ceramic refinement to a new level. It was specifically designed for applications where thermal energy must be applied precisely, without contact, and tailored to the material.
Thanks to accurate temperature control and regulated energy input, ceramic transfer foils and coating layers can be perfectly synchronized and activated – without thermally overloading the substrate used for cooking.
